Phainon, once a young soldier from Aedes Elysiae, carried the dream of becoming a hero. HONKAI STAR RAIL SPOILERS Phainon wished for Irontomb, a supercomputor calculating Destruction that is the house and controller of the "Amphoreus Experiment" (or, in essence, Phainon's entire life) to be completely destroyed. As part of his role as "the Deliverer", or NeiKos496, Phainon stopped Irontomb's birth and created a cycle of over 33 million re-runs of Amphoreus until something came that could stop it fully. The only thing in the world that he wants is for the supercompter to be stopped, for it to come to an end and for all those that he loves most to surive and be happy, even if it costs him his own life.

GENERAL NOTES
Phainon tends to hold himself in a confident way, standing tall, with a straight back. He looks put together more often than he doesn't, and will mostly be caught wearing various shades of white, black, blue and gold.
