[ At some point Phainon will find a red gift bag sitting on his bed. Inside are a folded pair of soft duck pajamas. Layered between the top and bottoms of those is a golden chain bracelet. At regular intervals, there are nine total charms attached to it: a butterfly, a rose, an open book, a small stylized wing, a unicorn head, a baseball bat, a small cat's head, a wine glass, and a feather ink pen (the last, perhaps, for Mem?).
There is no message, but considering who Phainon picked out most of these charms with, it's pretty clear who it's from. ]
